Tiehack Labs grew out of Tiehack Works, an ecommerce agency that built AI infrastructure to run itself. The infrastructure was the interesting part.
Labs is that infrastructure, productized. The firm runs on the systems we sell: the overnight loops, the morning approvals, the data pipelines, the agents with their own handles.
